Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@cottonjolly.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or packing slip.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or product, email us at hello@cottonjolly.com to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, but availability may vary based on stock.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@cottonjolly.com with photos of the issue and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
